山东巨菱股份有限公司是由山东泰安柴油机厂等五家法人单位共同发起设立的,是我国近年来在柴油机生产与出口企业中颇有名气的中型一类企业。山东泰安柴油机厂始建于1951年,多年从事单缸柴油机的生产,自1985年起开始向巴基斯坦等东南亚国家出口单缸柴油机,并于1994年获自营进出口权,1999年获外经贸部授权批准企业自营进出口权扩权,组建了省级山东巨菱进出口有限公司。山东巨菱股份有限公司目前已拥有10家子公司,其中有3家全资子公司、5家控股子公司和2家参股子公司,现在在组建省级山东巨菱集团。
Shandong Juling Co., Ltd. was jointly established by five legal entities such as Shandong Taian Diesel Engine Factory. It is a medium-sized company that is well-known among diesel engine production and export companies in recent years. Shandong Taian Diesel Engine Factory was founded in 1951. It has been engaged in the production of single-cylinder diesel engines for many years. Since 1985, it has exported single-cylinder diesel engines to Pakistan and other Southeast Asian countries. In 1994, it obtained the right to import and export independently. In 1999, it was awarded the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Authorized to authorize enterprises to expand their own right to import and export rights, the formation of the provincial Shandong giant Ling Import and Export Co., Ltd.. Shandong Juling Co., Ltd. currently has 10 subsidiaries, including three wholly-owned subsidiaries, five holding subsidiaries, and two shareholding subsidiaries. Now it is setting up a provincial-level giant Ju Ling Group.
