一、德育工作的理念德育工作必须适应时代的要求,为实现中华民族的伟大复兴,为实现我国第三步战略目标奠定坚实的人才和知识基础。德育工作必须以创新精神为重点,确立先进的符合青少年成长规律的理念。二、转变观念、理念创新德育,从根本上说就是育人。传统的德育往往是见事不见人,或者是没有充分考虑到人的独立个性和内在需求等因素,站在居高临下的位置,进行呆板的说教,过于凝重,过于规范,又过于封闭,缺少应有的人文关怀、平等交流和自我教育。现代的德育越来越强调发展人的潜能,激发人的主体性、能动性、积极性,注重人的自我发展、自我完善、自我教育。中学德育创新,首先要确定“以人为本”的德育理念,
