目的 探讨玉米苞叶防治动脉粥样硬化 (AS)的机制。方法 选用大耳白家兔 ,复制家兔 AS模型 ,随机分为动脉粥样硬化模型组、玉米苞叶组和正常对照组。成模后给予玉米苞叶煎剂治疗 ,8w后处死家兔 ,采用流氏细胞术检测平滑肌细胞的凋亡率以及凋亡相关基因 p53和 Fas蛋白表达。结果 模型组血管平滑肌细胞的凋亡率明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5) ,p53和 Fas蛋白的表达增强 (P<0 .0 5) ,主动脉壁肉眼观测出现典型斑块。玉米苞叶组平滑肌细胞的凋亡率明显低于模型组 (P<0 .0 5) ;p53和 Fas蛋白表达下调 (P<0 .0 5) ;主动脉斑块面积较模型组明显减小。结论 玉米苞叶通过调节 p53和 Fas蛋白表达而调节 AS家兔平滑肌细胞凋亡。
Objective To explore the mechanism of preventing and treating atherosclerosis (AS) in corn glutinous leaves. Methods Rabbits with large ears were selected and replicated in rabbit AS model. They were randomly divided into atherosclerosis model group, corn gluteal leaf group and normal control group. The corn husk decoction was given after modeling, and the rabbits were sacrificed after 8 weeks. The apoptosis rate of smooth muscle cells and the expression of apoptosis-related genes p53 and Fas protein were detected by flow cytometry. Results The apoptotic rate of vascular smooth muscle cells in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the expression of p53 and Fas protein was increased (P<0.05). Typical plaques were observed in the aortic wall with naked eyes. The apoptosis rate of smooth muscle cells in the corn stalk leaf group was significantly lower than that in the model group (P<0.05); the expression of p53 and Fas protein was down-regulated (P<0.05); the aortic plaque area was significantly reduced compared with the model group. . Conclusion The corn glutinous leaves regulate the apoptosis of AS smooth muscle cells by regulating the expression of p53 and Fas proteins.
