校本教研是集学习、工作、研究三位于一体的学校活动和教师行为。对于教师而言,它不仅是发展专业的一种活动,也是提升经验理论的一个过程;不仅是教师的个人行为,也是学校提高教育质量、创建特色文化的主要途径。几年来,大连庄河市明星小学加强校本教研,努力让不同层次教师都得到发展,提升教师的专业素养,取得了一定的成就。
School-based teaching and research is a collection of learning, work, study in one of the three school activities and teacher behavior.
