以经济、质量和安全要素作为一级指标,以炸药成本、合格大块率及爆破振动安全距离等13个要素作为二级指标,建立了露天矿深孔爆破效果评价模型。利用层次分析法确定该模型各级指标的权重,对定性指标量化和定量指标无量纲化处理后,采用模糊综合评判法计算评价结果和选择爆破方案。通过现场实施,该评价模型所选爆破方案能够满足爆破要求,对优化选择露天矿深孔爆破现场方案具有一定的指导意义。
With the economic, quality and safety factors as the first level indicators, 13 factors such as explosive cost, qualified block rate and safety distance of blasting vibration are taken as the first-level indicators to establish the deep-hole blasting effect evaluation model of open pit mine. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. After qualitative and quantitative indicators are quantified, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the evaluation results and select the blasting scheme. Through on-site implementation, the blasting scheme selected by the evaluation model can meet the requirements of blasting, which is of guiding significance for optimizing the selection of the open-pit deep-hole blasting site scheme.
