观察肾康宁对家兔 C- BSA肾炎模型的治疗作用。结果表明肾康宁能明显降低 C- BSA肾炎模型兔的尿蛋白、血清肌酐及血清尿素氮 ;减轻肾小球肿胀、细胞增生、血栓形成及白细胞浸润、修复肾小球病理改变 ,呈明显剂量依赖关系
Observed the effect of ShenKangNing on rabbit C-BSA nephritis model. The results showed that ShenKangNing can significantly reduce urinary protein, serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen in rabbits with C-BSA nephritis; reduce glomerular swelling, cell proliferation, thrombosis and leukocyte infiltration, repair glomerular pathological changes, showed significant dose dependence relationship
