为探讨芪麝颈康丸 (麝香、黄芪等组成 )对颈椎间盘退变及椎体骨髓血窦变化的影响 ,将 48只 14月龄SD大鼠平均分成四组 ,切除A、B、C三组大鼠的颈后部浅、中层肌 ,造成颈椎间盘退变模型 ,D组为正常假手术组。A、B组分别给予芪麝颈康丸、相关对照中药治疗 ,C、D组不给药。四个月后处死动物 ,扫描电镜下观察各组椎间盘退变程度及椎体骨髓血窦的变化。结果显示 :与D组比较 ,C组椎间盘退变明显 ,椎体骨髓血窦普遍扩大 ,提示可能有骨内高压存在 ;A与B组则椎间盘退变程度较轻 ,血窦的病理变化不明显 ,表明芪麝颈康丸等方药的作用机理可能与重用益气活血化瘀中药 ,从而促进微循环 ,降低骨内压 ,改善椎间盘营养环境有关
In order to investigate the effects of Zishangkang Pill (Musk, Radix Astragali, etc.) on cervical intervertebral disc degeneration and vertebral bone marrow sinusoid changes, 48 SD rats aged 14 months were divided into four groups equally and three groups of A, B and C were removed. In the rat, the back and mid-stratum of the rat’s neck resulted in the degeneration of the cervical disc, and the D group was the normal sham operation group. Group A and B were given yin-Jiankang Pills and related control Chinese medicines respectively, while group C and D were not given. Four months later, animals were sacrificed and the degree of disc degeneration and changes in bone marrow sinusoids were observed under scanning electron microscope. The results showed that compared with group D, disc degeneration in group C was obvious, bone marrow sinusoids in the vertebral body were generally enlarged, suggesting that there may be intraosseous hypertension; in group A and B, disc degeneration was milder, and pathological changes in sinusoids were not obvious. , suggesting that the mechanism of action of yin-jang-kang-ball and other prescriptions may be related to reuse of Qi-invigorating, blood-activating and phlegm-removing Chinese medicine, thereby promoting microcirculation, reducing intra-bone pressure, and improving the nutritional environment of intervertebral discs.
