目的:研究乌苞酿的雌激素样作用。方法:通过测定乌苞酿对幼龄正常小鼠子宫、卵巢系数和血清中相关激素的影响及对成年去卵巢小鼠子宫系数、阴道上皮角化细胞形成和血清中相关激素的影响,观察其雌激素样作用。结果:乌苞酿能显著提高正常小鼠、去卵巢小鼠子宫系数(P<0.01);显著提高正常小鼠、去卵巢小鼠小鼠血清雌二醇(E2)水平(P<0.05);显著降低正常小鼠、去卵巢小鼠血清促黄体生成素(LH)水平(P<0.05);显著降低正常小鼠、去卵巢小鼠血清促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平(P<0.05);显著促进去卵巢小鼠阴道上皮细胞角化(P<0.01)。结论:乌苞酿具有显著的雌激素样作用。
Objective: To study the estrogen-like effect of Wu Bao. Methods: The effect of Wu Bao Po on uterus, ovary coefficient and related hormones in normal young mice and uterine coefficient of adult ovariectomized mice, formation of keratinocytes in vaginal epithelial cells and serum-related hormones were observed and observed Estrogen-like effects. Results: Wuhoubao could significantly increase the uterine coefficient of normal mice and ovariectomized mice (P <0.01), and raise the level of serum estradiol (E2) in normal and ovariectomized mice (P <0.05). The level of serum LH was significantly decreased in normal and ovariectomized mice (P <0.05). The levels of FSH in normal mice and ovariectomized mice were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Significantly promoted the keratinization of vaginal epithelial cells in ovariectomized mice (P <0.01). Conclusion: Wu bao stuffed with significant estrogen-like effect.
