目的探讨不同方法对于保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法 576例符合异位妊娠药物保守治疗条件的患者随机分为四组,A组用甲氨蝶呤肌注(180例),B组口服米非司酮(108例),C组口服桂枝茯苓胶囊(90例),D组三者联合应用(198例),观察临床疗效。结果 A组的治愈率65%,B组的治愈率33.3%,C组的治愈率26.6%,D组的治愈率89.4%。D组的治愈率明显高于其他三组(P<0.01)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非酮及桂枝茯苓胶囊保守治疗异位妊娠治愈率高,避免了手术及术后并发症,尤其适合年轻要求生育的妇女。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of different methods for the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 576 cases of patients with conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into four groups: group A received methotrexate intramuscular injection (180 cases), group B received mifepristone (108 cases), group C received Guizhi Poria capsule (90 cases), D group of three combined application (198 cases), to observe the clinical efficacy. Results The cure rate of group A was 65%, the cure rate of group B was 33.3%, the cure rate of group C was 26.6%, and the cure rate of group D was 89.4%. The cure rate in group D was significantly higher than the other three groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Methotrexate combined with mifepristone and Guizhi Fuling capsule conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy high cure rate, to avoid surgery and postoperative complications, especially for young women who require childbearing.
