本文通过对影响该专业研究生就业的四个方面进行分析,旨在找出一条能够有效改善就业现状的道路。学生应加强自身马克思主义相关理论的学习和巩固,做到“干一行,爱一行”;高校应加强对教师和学生在马克思主义理论上的正面引导,鼓励和支持马克思主义学院的发展;政府应放宽对该专业的就业限制,让学生有更加广泛的选择;用人单位应正确认识该专业的人才特点,人尽其才,才尽其用。
This article analyzes the four aspects that affect the employment of graduate students in this field, and aims to find a way to effectively improve the employment status. Students should strengthen their study and consolidation of relevant Marxist theory so that “doing a good job and loving each other” should be done. Colleges and universities should strengthen positive guidance to teachers and students in Marxist theory and encourage and support the development of Marxist colleges. The government should relax restrictions on the employment of the profession, so that students have a wider choice; employers should correctly understand the characteristics of the professionals, make the best use, make the best use.
