开关柜内部空间有限、结构复杂,不便于局部放电超高频传感器的装设。文中基于PCB技术设计了一种适用于开关柜内部局部放电信号检测的超高频天线,在仿真分析的基础上对其结构参数进行了优化。利用矢量网络分析仪测试天线的端口特性,验证了天线的回波损耗和电压驻波比等参数。基于GTEM小室提供标准场,在不同工作频率下对天线系数进行了标定。采用针—板放电模型作为局部放电源,基于脉冲电流法测量放电量,对所设计的UHF天线进行了局部放电测试实验,实验结果表明该天线在工作频带内损耗低、方向性好,时域分辨率强,检测局部放电超高频信号的效果良好。
Switchgear interior space is limited, complex structure, not easy to install partial discharge UHF sensor. In this paper, based on the PCB technology, a kind of UHF antenna suitable for the detection of partial discharge in the switchgear is designed. Its structural parameters are optimized based on the simulation analysis. The vector network analyzer was used to test the port characteristics of the antenna to verify the parameters such as return loss and VSWR of the antenna. Based on the standard field provided by the GTEM cell, antenna coefficients are calibrated at different operating frequencies. The pin-plate discharge model is used as the partial discharge source, and the discharge capacity is measured based on the pulse current method. The partial discharge test of the designed UHF antenna is carried out. The experimental results show that the antenna has low loss and good directivity in the working frequency band. Strong resolution, detection of partial discharge UHF signal is good.
