氮-乙酰化转移酶(NAT)为重要代谢酶系,涉及许多致癌物及毒物的降解与活化,有显著的个体差异,可分快慢两种表型。在人群中筛检分辨其表型有着重要的防治肿瘤和预防职业与药物中毒的价值。本文对其检测方法作了探讨,建立了简易快捷的便于在人群中作筛检的方法,测得了代表人群的参比基数,并在膀胱癌,肝癌和肺癌患者中作了测试,在南京调研结果与文献报道和后来在启东,南通的结果极其一致。表明此酶的慢型多态是膀胱癌和肝癌的易感高危因素,从而也验证了本方法。
N-acetyltransferase (NAT) is an important metabolic enzyme system, involving many carcinogens and toxicants degradation and activation, there are significant individual differences, can be divided into two types of fast and slow phenotype. Screening in the crowd to identify its phenotype has important value in preventing and treating cancer and preventing occupational and drug poisoning. The slow polymorphism of this enzyme is a predisposing risk factor for bladder and liver cancers and thus validates this approach.
