由小鼠的微核及对自发性肿瘤影响试验,发现六味地黄汤能够降低正常的和化学诱变的动物骨髓多染细胞微核出现率:连续投药60周后,动物肿瘤的自发率随用药剂量增大而降低。其中,大剂量组的自发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。说明该方药对突变和癌变皆具有一定的防护作用。

The dose increases and decreases. Among them, the spontaneous rate of high-dose group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.01). It shows that the prescription has certain protective effects on mutations and canceration.
