注汽管网作为稠油热采工艺中注汽系统的主要设备之一,由于常年经受风吹、日晒、雨淋、腐蚀、外力冲击等因素影响,同时受管道内部水击和压力波动影响,造成管道振动频繁,致使热采输汽管道热损失加大。据小洼油田现场资料测算,目前不良保温的输汽管道在注汽系统中的热损失率可高达9.6%以上。为提高注汽系统热效率,首先对注汽管网现状及管道保温状况进行调查研究,针对目前存在问题,分析出导致系统热效率低的直接原因。针对系统用能的薄弱环节,实施节能技改措施,以降低系统各个环节的热损失,提高系统的热能利用率和经济效益。
