交通部水运科学研究所承担的“上海石化舟山册子岛原油储运工程劳动安全卫生预评价”课题已圆满完成,在2002年6月召开的审定会上获得通过。课题审查会由由国家安全生产监督管理局监管二司主持,国家安全生产监管局信息装备司、交通部人事劳动司、交通部海事局、中国石油化工集团公司、中国寰球化学工程公司、中国石油天然气股份公司、有关港口及设计单位的领导、专家出席了会议。舟山册子岛原油储运工程包括30万吨级原油码头、100万立方米原油库区及100公里原油海底管道与航道等三个部分。本课题针对舟山册子岛原油储运工程特点和具体情
The project of “Pre-evaluation of Labor Safety and Health for Crude Oil Storage and Transportation Project of Zhoushan Zhoushan Island in Shanghai Petrochemical” undertaken by the Institute of Water Transport Research of Ministry of Communications has been successfully completed and was approved at the validation meeting held in June 2002. Subject review by the State Administration of Work Safety Supervision Division II presided over the State Administration of Work Safety Information Equipment Division, the Ministry of Personnel and Labor Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of Maritime Affairs, China Petrochemical Corporation, China Huanqiu Chemical Engineering Company, PetroChina Natural Gas Co., Ltd., leaders and experts from ports and design institutes attended the meeting. Zhoushan Booklet Island crude oil storage and transportation projects include 300,000-ton crude oil wharf, 1000000 cubic meters of crude oil reservoir area and 100 kilometers of crude oil submarine pipeline and waterway and other three parts.
