2-甲基苯并噻唑和对苯二甲醛反应生成(E)-2-(4-甲酰基苯乙烯基)苯并噻唑。该化合物和苯胺以及取代苯胺反应生成标题化合物。所合成的化合物用1HNMR、IR和MS等方法进行了结构表征。初步抗菌实验结果显示,Schiff碱产物中大部分产物对细黄链霉菌和啤酒酵母具有较好的抑菌作用。
2-Methylbenzothiazole and terephthalaldehyde react to form (E) -2- (4-formylstyryl) benzothiazole. This compound is reacted with aniline and substituted anilines to yield the title compound. The synthesized compounds were characterized by 1HNMR, IR and MS. The results of preliminary antibacterial experiments showed that most of the products of Schiff base products had good antibacterial activity against Streptomyces fumigatus and Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
