当今人民中国获得世界上160多个国家的承认,外交成就显著。这是新中国地位的反映,也是众多外事工作者努力的结果。新中国的人民外交的成功,其渊源至少可以追溯到延安时期中共中央军委外事组开展的“窑洞外交”。毛泽东、周恩来等在陕北即已展示出他们的外交风采。本文作者作为当年“窑洞外交”的目击者和参与者,忠实地记下了当年发生的一切。
Today’s People’s China has been recognized by more than 160 countries in the world and its diplomatic achievements have been remarkable. This is a reflection of China’s status as a result of the efforts of many foreign workers. The origins of the people’s diplomacy in New China can be traced back at least to the “cave and cave diplomacy” carried out by the Foreign Affairs Section of the Central Military Commission of the CPC during the Yanan period. Mao Tse-tung and Zhou Enlai have demonstrated their diplomatic style in northern Shaanxi. As witnesses and participants of the “Cave Diplomacy” of the year, the author of this essay faithfully recorded what happened in that year.
