进入21世纪以来,国家的发展以及社会的进步对人才的需求越来越大、对人才的要求也越来越高。而人才的培养只有通过教育来完成,因而无论是在教育设施方面、教育的要求方面、还是教育的模式方面我们都要有所创新,必须要改革,因为传统的教育方式已经完全无法满足社会对人才的要求。对人才要求的提高导致了教育的改革,而起桥梁作用的中学教育的改革尤为重要,而对中学化学的改革则要不断摸索、不断改善、力求完善。
