目的观察淋巴结冰冻切片与石蜡切片诊断的符合率,分析淋巴结冰冻诊断的影响因素,以提高冰冻诊断的准确率。方法观察2520例淋巴结术中冰冻切片的质量,并比较冰冻和冻后石蜡诊断的结果。结果 2520例中2466例切片质量较好,组织结构清晰,淋巴结被膜完整,少有冰晶形成,冰冻与石蜡诊断符合率达97.9%。以前哨淋巴结为主,占72.5%;淋巴结数量1~15枚不等;303份病理申请单不规范。结论规范的取材、高质量的冰冻切片及与手术医师的及时沟通是提高淋巴结冰冻诊断准确率的关键。
Objective To observe the coincidence rate of lymphatic frozen sections and paraffin sections and to analyze the influencing factors of lymph node frozen diagnosis in order to improve the accuracy of frozen diagnosis. Methods The quality of frozen section in 2520 cases of lymph nodes was observed and the results of frozen and frozen paraffin diagnosis were compared. Results Totally 2466 sections of 2520 cases were of good quality, clear organization, complete capsule of lymph nodes and few ice crystals. The coincidence rate of frozen and paraffin was 97.9%. Sentinel lymph node based, accounting for 72.5%; number of lymph nodes ranging from 1 to 15; 303 pathological application is not standardized. Conclusion Standardized drawing, high-quality frozen section and timely communication with the surgeon are the keys to improve the diagnostic accuracy of lymph node freezing.
