在介绍水稻加工品质各个评价指标定义的基础上,综述了各指标之间的相关性及其与其他品质性状间的相关性、水稻加工品质的遗传学基础、QTL定位及基因克隆的研究进展,可为分子标记辅助选择培育加工品质优良的水稻高产新品种提供参考。
Based on the introduction of the definition of each evaluation index of rice processing quality, the correlation between each index and its correlation with other quality traits were summarized. The genetic basis of rice processing quality, the research progress of QTL mapping and gene cloning were summarized. It can provide a reference for molecular marker assisted selection and breeding of high-yielding rice varieties with high quality.
