最近广东省佛山市光电器材厂研制成功了FR型(反射腔式)半导体数字管,并开始批量投入生产。过去,国内半导体数字管多采用扁平型封装,数字每段由光刻法刻出四个并联的二极管芯。一个数字管七段连小数点共要29个管芯,功耗大(每段工作电流为20mA),视感面积狭小,工艺上均匀性、一致性控制很困难,成品率低,成本昂贵。因此,没有多大的实用价值,面临淘汰的局面。
