入世以来,中国的政治、经济和社会生活发生了深刻的变化。中国政府实现了稳健转型。经济法作为公法与私法,政府与市场的关系,协调两者之间关系的法律。在我国市场化改革中,这种关系的妥善处理具有十分重要的意义。它直接关系到我国改革能否顺利进行,社会主义市场经济秩序能否合理的建立起来。经济全球化对我国经济法的发展具有重要影响,并推动我国经济的发展。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, profound changes have taken place in China’s political, economic and social life. The Chinese government has achieved a steady transition. Economic law as a law of public law and private law, the relationship between government and market, coordinate the relationship between the two. In our market-oriented reform, the proper handling of this relationship is of great significance. It is directly related to the smooth progress of our country’s reform and the establishment of a socialist market economic order. Economic globalization has an important influence on the development of our country’s economic law and promotes the economic development of our country.
