Chaired by Jidong Black Metallurgical Mine Design and Research Institute, the seminar on the construction and transportation of black metallurgical mine general plans was held in Qinhuangdao in late July this year. 29 units of metallurgy, coal, chemicals, building materials, transportation, machinery and institutions of higher learning 45 delegates attended.
