托辊是胶带输送机主要部件之一,它对输送机的基建费与经营费的大小有着重要的影响。一条输送机需用的托辊组数量,与它的长度及托辊组的间距有关。国外尽管早已提出增大托辊组间距的建议,但是由于缺乏科学的论证,在绝大多数情况下输送机胶带承载分支的托辊组间距仍在1～1.4米的范围内。苏联仅在1975年就制造了1500万个托辊。
Roller is one of the main parts of the belt conveyor, which has a significant impact on the construction costs and operating expenses of the conveyor.
