我矿于1971年投产,φ5.5×1.8米湿式自磨机的小齿轮是随机带来的沈阳重型机器厂制造的。小齿轮材质为:37SiMn2MoV,一般使用寿命为18个月左右。检修时采用的小齿轮毛坯是35SiMn,40Cr,35CrMo等材质。一般使用寿命为3～4个月左右,最好为6个月,最差的仅7天。多因整齿或半齿折断报废,因此,提高小齿轮的使用寿命是一个急需解决的问题。我们经过分析、研究和试验,现已取得了很
