为评估洪泽湖蓄滞洪区内西气东输地下储气库建设对洪泽湖周边淮阴滞洪区的影响,利用MIKE 21模拟破圩滞洪后的洪水演进过程。模拟选取对工程最不利情况的圩区进洪,在淮阴滞洪区内选取3个区域共计13个特征点,对比分析工程建设前后洪水流势与流态,淹没水深、峰现时间等。结果表明,工程建设对淮阴蓄滞洪区的运用影响甚小。同时与江苏省水利勘测设计研究院对洪泽湖周边蓄滞洪区分级运用的研究成果进行对比,验证了结论的合理性。研究成果为该区域的防洪应用提供了依据。
In order to evaluate the influence of the construction of underground gas storage in the Hongze Lake flood detention area on the flood detention area in Huaiyin around Hongze Lake and use MIKE 21 to simulate the flood evolution process after the detention of floodwaters. In the simulation, the most unfavorable conditions of polder area were selected for flood entry. Thirteen feature points were selected in three areas in Huaiyin flood detention area, and the flood flow and flow regime before and after construction were compared and analyzed. The results show that the project construction has little effect on the application of Huaiyin flood detention basin. At the same time, it is compared with the research result of Jiangsu Province Water Conservancy Survey, Design and Research Institute on the graded use of flood detention basin around Hongze Lake, which verifies the rationality of the conclusion. The research results provide the basis for the flood control application in this area.
