Editor’s note: On November 7, 2016, the Central Government held a lecture on the propaganda and teaching mission of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee in Zhengzhou. Pan Xiuzhou, member of the Central Propaganda Delegation and deputy director of the Central Policy Research Office, gave a lecture and Xie Youzhan, secretary of the Henan Provincial Party Committee and director of the Provincial People’s Congress, presided over the meeting.
