“创新干部培训方式、更新干部思想观念、提升干部知识能力、转变干部工作作风”是时代赋予党校干部培训的新要求。为了紧贴马鞍山市“转型升级、加快发展”的战略部署,市委组织部、市委党校于10月21日-25日与江苏省委党校联合开展了为期一周的“转型升级,加快发展”主题培训活动。市委党校第43期县处级干部进修班、第42期中青年干部培训班全体学员及部分教职工参与了此次培训。此次联合培训采取两段式教学:江苏省委党校的课堂教学和南京市的现场教学与市委党校的专家辅导和学员讲坛相结合,安排紧凑。学员
