我厂发动机表面涂漆过去长期为另件涂漆,即机械加工成形后,先刷涂或喷涂底漆,然后再刷涂或喷涂面漆.有时另件在进入总装前经过清洗后漆层大量脱落,又需进行补涂.这样处理既浪费涂料,又延长了生产周期,很不合理.我们参考美国康明斯发动机公司的涂漆工艺,结合本厂的实际情况,对我厂新品种发动机采用水溶性涂料高压无空气喷涂施工,经试生产,效果较好.
