上海方言及英语中的虚拟句语法特征及其成因均具有一定的语言共性。从历时角度看,新派上海方言虚拟句较老派上海方言有了较大变化,与陈述句的形式对立逐渐瓦解,通过其他手段表达虚拟范畴。英语虚拟语句的语言形式也发生了变化。在语法化理论框架内,通过对上海方言与英语虚拟句的对比考察及语用交际功能分析可以发现,它们都是语用法的语法化结果,同时也呈现了虚拟句语法化的语用动因。
Shanghai Dialect and English in the virtual grammar grammar and its causes have some language common. From the diachronic perspective, the Shanghai dialect of the new Shanghai dialect has changed greatly from the old-style Shanghai Dialect, and gradually contradicted the formal antithesis of the declarative sentence and expressed the virtual category through other means. The language form of English virtual statements also changed. In the framework of grammaticalization theory, through the comparative study of Shanghai dialect and English hypothetical sentences and the analysis of the pragmatic communicative function, we can find that they are both the result of grammaticalization of pragmatics and the pragmatic motivation of the grammaticalization of virtual sentences.
