The constitution is the fundamental law of a country, and the content of the constitutional obligations of citizens receives the general concern of scholars. This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the constitutional obligations of citizens, the essential issues of constitutional obligations of citizens and the development trend of citizens’ constitutional obligations.
