目的观察健脑益智胶囊对脑外伤后综合症的治疗作用。方法选择本院住院患者66例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组接受常规治疗和高压氧治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用健脑益智胶囊,5粒/12kg,3次/d,14天为1个疗程,观察并记录2个疗程后患者临床症状的改善情况。结果用药后,治疗组较对照组临床症状的痊愈较显效者明显增多,有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效和无效者无差别(P>0.05)。结论健脑益智胶囊主要通过改善微循环,对神经有保护和促进修复的作用,对脑外伤后综合征有较好的治疗作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiannao Yizhi Capsule on posttraumatic syndrome. Methods Sixty-six inpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received conventional therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The treatment group was given Jiannaoyizhi capsule on the basis of the control group, 5 capsules / 12kg, 3 times / d, 14 days for a course of treatment to observe and record the clinical symptoms of patients after 2 courses of improvement. Results After treatment, the treatment group than the control group, the clinical symptoms of more effective were significantly increased, with statistical significance (P <0.05), no difference between effective and ineffective (P> 0.05). Conclusion Jiannao Yizhi Capsule can improve the microcirculation, protect the nerve and promote the repair, and has a good therapeutic effect on the syndrome of traumatic brain injury.
