为了探讨热应激和运动对大鼠白介素2(IL-2)和自由基代谢的影响,对大鼠进行为期6周的运动训练,并在运动末次施加热应激,测定大鼠外周血液白介素2(IL-2)含量、SOD活性、MDA含量、SOD/MDA,并分析各项指标之间的相关性。结果:1)热应激组大鼠血清中IL-2含量、SOD活性和SOD/MDA都显著低于对照组,而MDA含量显著高于对照组。2)运动训练组与非运动训练组在热环境下相比,大鼠血清中IL-2的含量、SOD活性和SOD/MDA有升高趋势,但没有显著性变化,MDA含量低于对照组,变化有显著性。3)IL-2、SOD活性、MDA含量、SOD/MDA相关性研究发现:大鼠血清中的IL-2含量与SOD活性、SOD/MDA呈现正相关,与MDA呈现负相关。
To investigate the effects of heat stress and exercise on interleukin-2 (IL-2) and free radical metabolism in rats, rats were subjected to 6-week exercise training and heat stress was applied at the end of exercise to determine the levels of interleukin 2 (IL-2), SOD activity, MDA content, SOD / MDA, and analyze the correlation between the indicators.
