为了探讨瑜伽锻炼对肥胖女大学生脂代谢及相关激素的影响,给合理减肥和大众健身提供理论依据.研究方法:选择肥胖女大学生24人,随机分为两组,一组进行16周瑜伽训练,另一组作对照组.分别于16周前、后测量两组女大学生的体成分、血脂、胰岛素、瘦素.结果:16周瑜伽训练后肥胖女大学生体重、体脂百分比均显著下降(P“,”Purpose: to explore the effects of yoga training on the obese female college students' lipid metabolism and related hormone levels,then give a theoretical basis for proper weight losing and mass fitness.Methods: 24 obese female college students are divided them into 2 groups randomly.One group receive yoga training for 16 weeks,the other do nothing.The two groups' body components,blood-lipid,insulin and leptin are measured before and after 16 weeks.Results: The group receiving 16 weeks' yoga training: their percentage of weight and body fat reduce obviously(p<0.01);the concentration of HDL increases obviously,the concentration of TG,TC,LDL,blood-insulin and leptin reduce obviously. Conclusions: Yoga training promotes the fat catabolism,improves the components of blood-lipid and adjusts obese females' endocrine.It is favor of losing weight and fitness.
