This journal cooperates with the NITE management office of the State Information and Technology Talents Cultivation Project (NITE), as well as the Economic and Trade Practice Magazine, Zhejiang Internet of Things Industry Association, Zhejiang Software Industry Association, Zhejiang E-Commerce Association and Zhejiang Enterprise Information Promotion Association. East China regional organization “National information technology shortage personnel training project (NITE) IOT talent training”. “National Information Technology Talents Training Project ” is organized and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to solve the current shortage of information technology professionals in the country
