德育工作一直是学校和社会对学生品性教育的重点。所谓的德育工作指的就是:通过学校中老师通过正确的引导、塑造和提高学生的道德观及品性行为。如何正确、有效的提高在校学生的德育教育管理工作,是所有从事教育工作者应该着重注意的教育方向点。想要做到提高学校德育工作首先要做的,必然是基于管理层面进行良好的改进。本文通过对提高学校德育工作,从管理层的角度来探讨工作的实效性。
Moral education has always been the focus of school and society on student character education. The so-called moral education refers to: through the school teachers through the correct guidance, shaping and improving students’ moral values and behavior. How to correctly and effectively improve the management of moral education in school students is the point of all the education that educators should pay attention to. Want to do to improve moral education in schools first to do, must be based on management to make good improvements. This article explores the effectiveness of the work from the perspective of management through improving the moral education in schools.
