目的探讨早期乳腺癌保乳手术的治疗效果。方法分析近5年来42例保乳手术治疗的乳腺癌患者临床资料。结果42例患者5年生存率分别达到92.86%;保乳手术治疗与根治术相比,5年生存率无明显差异。结论保乳手术是目前早期乳腺癌的又一标准术式,已成为乳腺癌外科治疗的标志性里程碑,但全身性综合治疗是保乳手术治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the effect of breast conserving surgery in early breast cancer. Methods Clinical data of 42 breast-conserving surgery patients in the past 5 years were analyzed. Results The 5-year survival rates of 42 patients were 92.86% respectively. There was no significant difference in 5-year survival rate between breast conserving surgery and radical mastectomy. Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery is another standard surgical procedure for early breast cancer. It has become a landmark milestone in the surgical treatment of breast cancer. However, systemic treatment is the key to the success of breast-conserving surgery.
