以富烯为原料,与胺基锂进行加成反应后与第四族金属氯化物反应,采用连续化法制备了sp3C1-桥联限制构型茂金属,用1H NMR、13C NMR、EA以及MASS进行了表征,对6,6-二烷基富烯与胺锂的反应机理进行了研究.该系列化合物以甲基铝氧烷(MAO)为助催化剂,0.1 MPa压力下高活性催化乙烯/1-辛烯共聚,活性为1.196×106g Polymer/mol Metal h,聚合物中1-辛烯含量达到5.71%.为合成sp3C桥联限制构型茂金属提供了一种新方法,与经典CGC相比,我们的方法具有原料价格低廉、合成方法相对简单、共聚能力强等优点.
