1引言随着农村电气化示范县项目的实施，太仓供电局EN—MIS网的研制、设计和开发，历经数年，达到了初中级规模水平。它的建成有助于提高电网动作效率，缩短电业工作周期，起到电网自动化辅助管理作用并达到原先的设计要求。按规划，可适应2105年前太仓市社会、经济发展的要求
