本文认为,当前市场秩序混乱,问题主要出在批发环节。作者分析了当前批发市场存在的五个问题,提出治理整顿批发市场,应坚持以国营商业为主导的原则。对于如何治理整顿批发市场和充分发挥国营商业的主渠道作用,作者提出了四条政策建议。
This article argues that the current market order is chaotic, the problem lies mainly in the wholesale link. The author analyzes the five existing problems in the wholesale market and proposes that the principle of state-owned commerce should be adhered to in order to rectify and regulate the wholesale market. The author puts forward four policy suggestions on how to govern the wholesale market and give full play to the main channel of state-owned commerce.
