Management has driven another revolution in corporate management. The JIT production system is a new management science concept that accompanies the development of science and technology and the update of modern business management concepts. JIT emphasizes “just-in-time”, which means that raw materials arrive at the production site in a timely manner during the supply phase, and the semi-finished products of a process at the production stage are timely.
