本文所叙述的钨极氩弧焊弧长自动调节装置,采用电弧电压闭环控制,电动机转速开环控制,结构简单、可靠.利用晶体管桥式电路对伺服电动机供电,可避免继电器触点所带来的不可靠性,从而使工作寿命大大地提高。系统的放大倍数在10~6以上。电压控制的精度可达±0.114伏以上。文中还分析了弧长自动调节的静态过程,提出了供这类机构设计的理论依据。两年的生产实践证明,弧长自动调节装置对改善钨极氩弧焊是十分重要的。
