胡锦涛总书记的“七一”重要讲话,对最大程度地关心群众利益讲得十分深刻。他指出:“对于马克思主义执政党来说,坚持立党为公、执政为民,实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益,充分发挥全体人民的积极性来发展先进生产力和先进文化,始终是最紧要的”。“学习贯彻‘三个代表’重要思想必须以最广大人民的根本利益为根本出发点和落脚点”。这对我们坚持马克思主义的群众观点,牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,自觉地把立党为公、执政为民落实到一切工作和行动中去,具有十分重要的意义。一、以人民的根本利益为出发点和落脚点,是马克思主义政党的一贯思想和实践。是否站在最广大人民根本利益的立场上,是检验一个政党是真马克思主义政党还是假马克思主义政党的显著标志。真正的马克思主义政党从来都是旗帜鲜明地向世人宣告,自己的一切理论和奋斗都是为了实现最广大人民的根本利益。在《共产党宣言》中,马克思、恩格斯就明确指出:“过去的一切运动都是少数人的

First, taking the people’s fundamental interest as the starting point and ending point is the consistent thinking and practice of Marxist political parties. Whether or not we are standing on the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people is a significant indicator of whether a political party is a genuine Marxist party or a fake Marxist party. The true Marxist political party has always proclaimed to the world a clear-cut banner that all its own theories and struggles are aimed at realizing the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.
