立足农村 贴近农民——农村职业学校的生存之路

当前,农村职业学校的发展陷入举步维艰的境地,很多农村职业学校处于“有校无生”的状态。职教界的同仁们正群策群力,集思广益为农村职业学校的生存与发展寻找一条出路,我校在此方面进行了大量尝试,取得了一定的成效。我校现有在校生1000多人,大部分是非全日制学生,以农村生源为主。现就我校办学方式的转变总结几点看法,与大家共同探讨学习。一、转变办学方向很多农村职业学校陷入生存危机,但我们通过调研发现,农村仍存在大量的潜在生源。据统计,目前我国农村劳动力中,高中以下学历的劳动力所占比例达87.8%。我国农村存在大量剩余劳动力,且大量的农村劳动力受教育和培训程度低,农村劳动力总体素质不高,很少有专业技能。据统计,农村劳动力中受过专业技能培训的仅占9.1%,接受过农业职业教育的不足5.0%,这些农村劳动力有望成为农村职业学校职业教育培训的主体对象。为此,我校及时转变办学指导思想,逐步把学校发展的重心转移到服务地方经济和社会发展上,坚持“面向农村、面向农业、面向农民”的办学宗旨,从招生上进行大胆探索。我校既招收初高中毕业生,又面向全体农民开放办学,将 At present, the development of rural vocational schools is in a difficult situation, and many rural vocational schools are in a state of “no school”. The overall quality of rural labor force is not high, and there are few professional skills. According to statistics, only 9.1% of the rural labor force have received professional skills training and have received less than 5.0% of agricultural vocational education. These rural labor force are expected to become the main targets of vocational education and training in rural vocational schools.
