目的反映和评价齐齐哈尔市结核病疫情状况及结核病防治规划,为制定控制对策和策略提供科学依据,并为黑龙江省以及全国提供齐齐哈尔市结核病控制资料。方法收集齐齐哈尔市2 0 1 4年第4季度的结核病患者人数、追踪数、转诊数、治愈病例数等相关数据,与去年同季度和同年上季度情况进行对比分析。结果本季度无迟报病例。各县区发现患者工作相对不均衡。涂阳检出率全市平均水平为1 6.5%,比上季度略有提升。全市总体到位率为9 5.6%,转诊到位率为4 9.0%,较上季度有所提高。全市追踪到位率为9 1.1%,略低于上季度。本季度我市重点监测对象无集中发病趋势。结论持续加大患者发现力度,进一步提高非结防机构网报患者的追踪效率,做好痰菌检查工作。及时、准确地录入患者的信息,尤其是患者的随访信息,保证患者信息的及时性和连续性。连续、完整做好疫情监控记录,及时做好疫情分析,时刻掌握疫情动态。
