脉管制冷机回热器冷热端压比和压降的实验数据对回热器研究具有重要作用。为探究回热器冷热两端压比和压降的变化规律,基于实验室自制的直线型脉管制冷机的回热器冷热端压力特性测试平台,实验测量了回热器不同工况下的冷热端压比,分析了输入功对压力特性的影响,找出了频率、制冷温度对回热器压力特性的影响。实验结果表明:冷端压比实测值在1.11-1.14左右,输入功越大,冷热端压比越大;频率越大,冷端压比越大;冷端压比越高,制冷温度越低。
The experimental data of the end-to-end pressure ratio and the pressure drop of the cryogenic regenerator in pulse tube refrigerator plays an important role in the research of regenerator. In order to explore the variation law of the pressure ratio and the pressure drop at the both ends of the regenerator, based on the test platform of the cold and hot end of the regenerator in the linear pulse tube refrigerator, The influence of input work on pressure characteristics is analyzed, and the influence of frequency and refrigeration temperature on the pressure characteristics of regenerator is analyzed. The experimental results show that the measured value of cold end pressure ratio is about 1.11-1.14, the larger the input work is, the greater the ratio of hot and cold end pressure; the greater the frequency, the greater the cold end pressure ratio; the higher the cold end pressure ratio, the cooler the temperature low.
