1概述消防设备应急电源(又称EPS,见图1)是在市电故障后为消防设施或其它重要的一级供电负荷提供后备服务电源的一种装置,主要是解决市电故障时的应急供电问题。EPS应急电源集逆变器、控制器、充电器及电池于一体,在市电正常时由市电直接输出,同时为系统内的蓄电池充电;当市电故障时,输出自动切换到逆变器,通过电池逆变放电继续为所带负荷供电。该装置能为各种重要设备、消防设施或应急照明负荷提供第二或第三电源。
