目的:研究身痛逐瘀汤联合多虑平治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的优越性。方法:随机选取2013年1月到2016年1月入我院行带状疱疹后遗神经痛治疗的患者100例,分成对照组(男28例,女32例)治疗组(男31例,女29例),两组患者治疗前在体温、心脏、血压方面是相当的,对照组只进行多虑平治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,联合身痛逐瘀汤,连续观察记录3个治疗周期。借助疼痛评分量表,评估两组疗法疗效。结果:治疗效果方面,对照组有效率为46%,治疗组有效率为76%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后生活能力得分方面,治疗组(2.89±0.21)要明显高于对照组(2.31±0.26),具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤联合多虑平治疗PHN效果显著,副反应小。
Objective: To study the superiority of “Shen Tong Zhu Yu Decoction” and “Doxepin” in treating postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Methods: One hundred patients randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia were divided into control group (28 males and 32 females) treatment group (31 males and 31 females 29 cases). Before treatment, the two groups were equal in body temperature, heart and blood pressure. The control group was treated with doxepin only. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was combined with Shen Tong Zhu Yu Decoction to observe and record 3 treatments cycle. With the help of the pain scale, the efficacy of the two groups of therapies was evaluated. Results: In the treatment effect, the effective rate of the control group was 46% and the effective rate of the treatment group was 76%, with statistical difference (P <0.05); in terms of the living ability score after treatment, the treatment group (2.89 ± 0.21) The control group (2.31 ± 0.26), with statistical difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shen Tong Zhuyu decoction combined with doxepin treatment of PHN significant effect, side effects.
