目的:观察磁性附着体在口腔义齿修复中出现的并发症,探讨相应的处理方法。方法:对53例患者,58副义齿,123个磁性附着体随访2-6年,平均3年。结果:基托折断8件,衔铁松脱6个,衔铁磨损4个,磁铁松脱5个,基牙龈炎24个,基牙松动拔除7个,牙根折裂1个。结论:磁性附着体能提高可摘义齿的固位力,出现的问题都可以通过选择合适的适应证、正确的操作、修复后定期随访进行预防和处理。
Objective: To observe the complications of magnetic attachment in oral denture repair and to explore the corresponding treatment methods. Methods: 53 patients, 58 pairs of dentures, 123 magnetic attachments were followed up for 2 - 6 years, an average of 3 years. Results: The base was broken 8 pieces, the armature loose 6, the armature wear 4, magnet loose 5, gingivitis 24, abutment loose removal of 7, a root fracture. Conclusion: Magnetic attachments can improve the retention of removable dentures. All the problems can be prevented and treated by selecting appropriate indications, correct operation and regular follow-up after repair.
