On August 20, the plenary session of Haikou Municipal Committee examined and approved the “Plan for the Implementation of the Reform and Implementation Plan”, the Plan for Further Reforming the Administrative System Reform in Cities, Areas and Towns (Street), the Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Administrative Enforcement of Urban Management Three key areas of reform documents, in order to take the initiative to integrate into the “Belt and Road” strategy, as a vanguard of reform and opening up in Hainan Province.
